Mental Health and Addictions:
USTAT (Urgent Short Term Assessment & Treatment): 250-213-4400
Provides short-term individual psychotherapy for patients in crisis, at risk, or in severe distress. Clients are assigned to a primary therapist who does an initial assessment and establishes treatment goals. A team of psychiatrists is available as needed for consultation and follow- up. Access requires a family doctor’s referral. Referrals must be made through Mental Health and addictions Intake and can be faxed to 250-381-3444.
